About the Author

Matt loves eating well and exploring the outdoors. When he wasn't able to enjoy these activities due to gut problems, this lead him to research thousands of hours and find out why this had happened. Thus he discovered the gut microbiome and its many impacts on our health today and in the future. Wanting to help spread the word on the microbiome, he has created Restore the Flora and partnered with Grace Liu, PharmD to launch Gut Guardians Podcast.
